This worked for me for blastwave gcc 3.4.1 on b63:

cd /opt/csw/gcc3/libexec/gcc/i386-pc-solaris2.9/3.4.1/install-tools
sudo ./mkheaders

I wasn't able to compile Apache without doing this.
