[csw-users] Horrible fonts with GTK apps

Hello,

I know that this had been talked about a bit, but I can't seem to find a 
solution.  A lot of fonts look broken, squished together and generally 
rendered improperly.  I used gaim and fonts in them looked nice until I 
installed firefox (I'm pretty sure it started after that and I hadn't 
installed anything else).

I'm using Sol9/SPARC and all packages are up-to-date.

Anyone have any solutions/ideas?
