[csw-users] a later GNOME?

Hey all,

I'm a new subscriber, though I've been using the Blastwave s/w for about 
a year at work.

What are the chances of getting an updated GNOME?  GNOME is now 2.14, 
and 2.8 is starting to look a little aged, plus I'm having a Sol 9 + 
GNOME + VNC issue (see a soon-to-follow email)

I realise that making the GNOME packages is likely to be no picnic.  I 
had a quick stab using GARNOME yesterday.  Hit brick walls quickly :-)
