[csw-users] mysql5 packages in testing

I put an update in http://www.blastwave.org/testing for mysql5 version
5.0.18 for manual install.  The packages will be released to the CSW
catalog when stable testing for the quarterly release is complete.

If Service Management Facility (SMF) is available, this update installs
SMF files instead of the typical rc script and links.

If you are running mysql5 on Solaris 10, manage the service instance
with the FMRI of network/cswmysql5 or just cswmysql5.

If you are running mysql5 on Solaris 8 or 9, the only difference with
this mysql5 package and previous CSW versions is the output of the
mysql5 package install. The install handles a new class named smfno.
