OpenSSL 1.0.1m problems with BIND 9.9.7

Actually, Google returns plenty of hits on that error message, and it
seems to be consistently caused by a misconfigured named chroot, missing
libgost.so.
I'm not using chroot, so I would not be impacted.

Has that been checked?
