OpenSSL 1.0.1m problems with BIND 9.9.7

Yes, it only affects sparc, not i386 and it's the same before and
after respinning Bind, it works with 1.0.1l but not with 1.0.1m. I
have installed a sparc test box and will do some comparisons between
the libssl versions.
