the main problem here is that the old fileutils was misnamed. we try very hard not to reuse pkg names. if you can think of an appropriate new one, that may be the best solution we have sometimes used the 'n' prefix. if you chose that then it would be appropriate to rename the /opt/csw/bin binary as well, to nfile
