[csw-maintainers] Call for vote: -dev vs. -devel

Hello fellow maintainers,

The results of the dev/devel vote are in:

CSW*-dev and *_dev -- 11 votes
CSW*-devel and *_devel -- 5 votes

Everyone who participated in the vote can check ballotbin personally
to verify the numbers.

The vote establishes CSW*-dev and *_dev as the development package
convention for OpenCSW, effective immediately (2011-03-04).

I'd like to thank everyone who participated in the vote!
