Efforts to relocate recent perl to /opt/csw/perlgcc/*

I suggest you use
  EXTRA_RUNPATH_LINKER_FLAGS += /opt/csw/perlgcc/lib/amd64/perl/5.20/CORE
The problem is that the ISA is in the middle of the path, this is not a
standard-case for library locations.
