Even though I thought I was applying the "no files under /var/opt/csw"
uniformly, it was pointed out that I had recently let through a
package or two that also had files there.
So to be fair, I'll let this one through now as well.

Please note that for all future packages, I have updated my local
checking stuff, so that ALL package that attempt to ship files under
/var, should now be flagged.
