Not right now. Might be interesting but personnally I don't consider
this first priority.

Some notes can be put on the package mantis page but it is maybe not
very well known and used, and it might not be the best place.

I think part of these information should be in the package,
in /opt/csw/share/doc/<package_name>/README.CSW for example and a
wiki-like page per package could also be nice so that user can add
information.

apache2 manifest isn't automatically imported in the smf repository ?
Then that's probably a bug.
