Are these steps documented anywhere?

It would be nice to have both user and developer information about the 
packages somewhere. Just useful bits on oddities with the package and 
testing procedures.

Also it would be nice if there was a page describing how to set up 
things like Apache. pkg-get install apache2 goes almost all the way, but 
still I feel that there should be a document describing where the 
configuration files are and how to import the cswapache2 SMF service 
into the system.

Perhaps trac can be that documentation site as well?
